Its very simple - if you're unhappy with your purchase in any way (faulty, defective or even just a change of heart) return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original condition, for a speedy replacement, exchange or refund.
Returns Policy We want you to be entirely happy with the products that you buy from gimmethatgift.co.uk which is why we offer you a Satisfaction Guaranteed Returns Policy.
You can return any items to us for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund, exchange or replacement.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Products We aim to ensure that you are entirely satisfied every time you place an order with Gimme That Gift. If you are unhappy with an item when you receive it, or if you simply change your mind, please return it to us unused and undamaged, having taken reasonable care of it and complete with original product packaging, instructions and all components within 14 days from date of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.
Please make sure that you test your product/s in a clean and safe environment as we will not replace, exchange or refund damaged, dirty or incomplete goods. This includes but is not limited to the product packaging.
We will make the refund directly to the credit/debit card used to place the original order or by business cheque, within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
You are responsible for the return postage and packaging of any unwanted products.
You will also be responsible for the returned products until they reach us, we are unable to accept returns of perishable goods. Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Products - Custom-made and High Value Products Due to the bespoke nature of custom, made-to-order or personalized products we are unable to offer our usual 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on unwanted goods.
In the case of high value items in excess of £500.00 the usual money back guarantee is limited to 7 days and you shall be responsible for the cost of return within 7 days of receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Products We aim to package and send your order in such a way that you receive it in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged in transit, or with manufacturing defects, or we sent you the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate ,provided that you return the item to us at the postal address below within 14 days of receipt. In these circumstances we will also refund you the reasonable cost of the return postage.
Please obtain a proof of posting certificate and receipt to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
All goods returned as faulty will be inspected and tested before any monies are refunded to you. We will aim to do this as soon as is practically and reasonably possible. If the returned goods are found not to be faulty you will then have the following options:
1. Cancel your order and we will refund all monies paid by you less ALL expenses incurred by Gimme That Gift
2. Request a re-delivery by paying for the cost of having the item re-packaged and returned to you by Gimme That Gift
You will be responsible for the returned products until they are signed for by us and we are unable to accept returns of perishable goods. Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
How to return goods to Gimme That Gift Should you wish to return goods to us for any reason please contact us before sending them back to us, quoting your order number and detailing the reasons for return.

We will then supply you with a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) and the appropriate details to return the item/s to us. Please note if an RAC is not obtained prior to returning the item then we will not acknowledge the return and we will be unable to process a refund, exchange or replacement.
Important: We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or we delivered the item to you in error.
If you are returning goods using our 14 day Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy then we strongly recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for your protection as we cannot process refunds, exchanges or replacements for items lost in transit. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
We will attend the process of refund, exchange or replacement upon receipt of the returned goods or as soon as is practically or reasonably possible.
Please note, in all instances, Gimme That Gift shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.
