All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at 17.5%.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and details on the site mistakes can sometimes occur.
In the event of an error in price or description:
1. We will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with.
2. We will give you the option of canceling your order - in the event that we do not receive a reply from you within 24hrs we will treat the order as canceled.
3. Any payment made to Gimme That Gadget Ltd. or Gimme That Gift relating to the cancellation of an order in the above circumstances will be refunded in full.
Order Acceptance and Availability Your order for any product or service offered on this site confirms your complete agreement, understanding and acceptance that you will buy it for the price stated, subject to all terms and conditions as set out by Gimme That Gift.
When you place an order with Gimme That Gift you will be sent an automatic email to confirm receipt and details of that order. Although we send you an automatic order email it does not confirm to you that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent you the automatic order email we will then process your order and contact you with an order acceptance email. If the product/s is/are available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance of your order by Gimme That Gift.
If part or all of your order is not available we will let you know by email giving you the option to amend or cancel your order. Any payment made to Gimme That Gadget Ltd. or Gimme That Gift relating to the cancellation of an order (or part of an order) in the above circumstances will be refunded.
In other words, whilst every effort is made to ensure that gimmethatgift.co.uk is current and up to date and that our suppliers do not let us down, we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular product. All products are available whilst stocks last on a first come first served basis and if a product that you have ordered is not available we will let you know as soon as is reasonably possible. You can then choose to cancel or amend that order and we will refund or adjust any monies you have paid or are due to pay.
All new orders are considered separate and each new order is treated on an individual basis.
Payment Details All orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch by Gimme That Gift.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, UK Maestro, Solo, Postal Order and Personal Cheque - UK only.
Credit and Debit Cards We process your order using the HSBC Secure Merchant System.
Your details are protected using the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layers) software. This is to prevent unauthorised re-direction of your details and give you peace of mind that your transactions are handled securely. Always look for the padlock and https:// prefix when using your credit or debit card over the internet. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm that it is you making the order.
You can telephone your credit or debit card details directly through to us on 01933 41 00 25 (Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm).
All order details and invoices will be sent directly to the credit card billing address and not the delivery address where the delivery address or named recipient differs.
Cheque or Postal Order In the UK you may pay by cheque or postal order if you wish.
Please make Cheques or Postal Orders payable to Gimme That Gift and remember to include any or all postage charges in the amount. Please also enclose a covering letter detailing your order together with your order number, cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry date, contact details and delivery address.
Postal Orders are treated as cash and as such any orders paid for in this way will be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days of receipt of payment subject to the prevailing terms and conditions on this site.
Payments made by cheque are subject to a 7 - 10 waiting period, from the date we receive the cheque, to allow full clearance of funds prior to dispatch. |
