Designed and built by a bunch of very smart people down in Cornwall, the Pictronic Photo Frame is a fantastic way to bring your favourite pictures to life. And what's more it's dead easy to use too! Just undo the four thumbscrews at the back and pop in your very own 5 x 7 inch image.

The revolutionary Pictronic Illuminated Photo Frame is a back lit, thin film, flat screen, high tech type of... well... photo frame!

This stylish, award winning frame is a mere 1cm thick and uses thin-slice technological cleverness to spread an even illumination through the back of any traditional photographic image, enhancing even the dullest picture.

It's best used with images that are printed onto photographic paper and works equally well with photo's produced from negatives as it does with pictures printed from digital cameras.

From an environmentally friendly enery saving point of view it runs on very low voltage and we have been told that it costs in the region of fifty pence per year to operate. That's an incredibly inexpensive way to wow-up your memories and create a funky ambient light source for your room.

The frames are 9" x 7" in size and hold 7" x 5" prints. They feature a brightness control adjustment so that you can create a subtle ambience as well as a bright eye catching illuminated display. The polycarbonate frame simply slots into a curved base disc making it easy to switch between portrait or landscape mode.
